Wagtech Ghana Limited was incorporated on 21st February 2002 primarily to represent Wagtech Projects Limited, United Kingdom in Ghana.
The company was registered to operate as importers, manufacturers’ representative, wholesalers and retailers as well as technical advisors and suppliers of specialist laboratory and field-testing equipment for use in:

The registered office of Wagtech Ghana Limited is No. 12, SHC Building New Achimota. The place of business is 1st Floor, Achimota Market Mall.
The Company has a staff of seven (9), all of them highly skilled professionals; two Chemist who are involved in marketing of Analytical instruments and general laboratory equipment, chemicals and reagents. These highly trained chemist are able to carry out ICT on all normal laboratory equipment plus most of the highly sophisticated Analytical instruments we are involved with.
Additionally, the staff includes three technical persons, two office staff who are mainly involved in preparing bids for tenders, working on customer requests and performing general administrative duties. The overall supervision of the company’s activities are carried out by an office manager and a Managing Director who is also a technical sales and marketing professional.
To complement the company’s structure, Wagtech employs on retainer basis, accountants/auditors as well as a company secretary.
Wagtech Ghana are able to offer technical advice on, and to supply, a wide range of specialist laboratory and field testing equipment plus, if required, a full Project Management service including equipment supply, installation, commissioning, training, and after sales support through experts from our Head office in the UK and backed up by a worldwide network of manufactures and distributors.
Over the years, the company has been engaged in supplies, consultancies, installation of various laboratory equipment and instruments, environmental monitoring and material testing equipment to major clients such as; the various tertiary educational institutions; the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and its various affiliates; Ministry of Food and Agriculture and its various projects; Ghana Standards Authority; Environmental Protection Agency; Rural Enterprises Projects; GRATIS foundation; Ghana Oil (GOIL), The Ghana Cocoa Board and its affiliates; and various government ministries and Departments such as Department of Urban roads.
Wagtech Ghana continues to expand its activities into the different sectors of the Ghanaian economy such as the Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies and has recently become a distributor of Merck Millipore (chemicals and water purification system) and Sigma Aldrich consumables thus increasing the company portfolio and its ability to cater for all the needs of its customers and any potential customer from the equipment section to chemicals for use in the laboratories.
